Before every shower:
30 jumping jacks
25 crunches
30 second plank
20 squats
10 pushups
If you're going to put this off, might as well put off the shower too! Doesn't feel too good to do that does it??
Get up and jump (imaginary or real) rope for 3 minutes right now!
Do 3 sets of 10 burpees in 2 minutes!
