Take 20 minutes for a FULL STRETCH routine. Spend 20 seconds in each stretch. Set your timer and start at 6PM today.

Do a wall sit at 4PM today!

Hold for 2 minutes! Take a 15 second break. Hold for 1 minute!! Done!

Reward yourself!

You're working hard for this body. It's always good to slow down and enjoy it. Instead of rewarding yourself with a cookie, do it with more motivation to keep on going down a healthy path.
 Get yourself something cute, like a new pair of workout capris or shorts with a splash of color and a matching cute top, like the pairs below! You'll be excited to wear them, and as a result more excited to step out and show them off with a jog outside!

SET YOUR CLOCK: At 4PM today: Get on your side, stack your feet, support yourself with your elbow right underneath your shoulder and position your body in straight line. Dip your hips down to the floor and back up to starting position 10 times. Repeat on the other side. Work those obliques!!

Put on your jogging shoes. In 20 minutes (set your clock!), go outside for a 30 minute brisk walk/jog.

Before every shower:

30 jumping jacks
25 crunches
30 second plank
20 squats
10 pushups


If you're going to put this off, might as well put off the shower too! Doesn't feel too good to do that does it??
